I make complex product behavior feel obvious.
At PartnerStack, I lead design across the partner ecosystem, where partners and SaaS vendors use dedicated sides of the platform. Partners discover, evaluate, and join programs; vendors find and recruit them. Revenue across this area grew 3× in 18 months.
I find important work before it reaches the roadmap, then use Claude Code and Cursor to build realistic prototypes with shared state across both sides. Product and Engineering get a real system to challenge early, while customers react to behavior rather than abstractions.
Now: designing AI that works within human-led systems.
GEO Content Marketplace
Took an undefined two-sided marketplace from 0→1, defining the lifecycle, ownership, and payment model across buyer and publisher experiences.
Partner Program Marketplace
Turned a utilitarian program catalog into a richer discovery experience built around how partners evaluate and join SaaS programs.
AI Recruiting
Expanded vendor recruiting beyond search into an AI-assisted system for matching, outreach, and autonomous recruitment.
Peak Energy App
Behavioral design helped app users reduce summer critical-peak electricity use nearly 5× more than non-app users on the same pricing plan.
Vehicle Finder
Preferred by 70% of shoppers tested, the selected interaction model shipped for the Mustang Mach-E.
Order Processing Platform
Designed a cloud-native replacement concept end-to-end, connecting clerk order processing to live executive dashboards.
Bring me your
messy problem.
I’m at my best when a product has accumulated rules, exceptions, and competing needs, but no clear model yet. Tell me what you’re building.
About
Before I design the interface, I want to understand the system underneath it: the rules, exceptions, incentives, and handoffs that determine what people can actually do. My M.S. in Human Factors in Information Design gave me a foundation for that work; 15+ years across retail, telecom, energy, financial services, and automotive gave me the range I bring to B2B SaaS today.
Across 10+ years in agencies, I remained primarily a hands-on design lead, occasionally managing small teams of designers on project work. That’s still where I want to be: close to the product, the people using it, and the decisions that make its behavior intuitive.
Outside work, I’m on a mission to find the most authentic Mexican food in Toronto.
